Washed as white as the snow
A series of photographs long in the planning at a regular haunt of mine (Brownlow, near to Billinge Hill in Lancashire) waiting for conditions such as this.

Around this area there is also a small wood that I imagine few people would bother to look in. I find it fascinating though and over the number of times I’ve visited the scene has changed.

These photographs were all made in some ‘interesting’ weather. Somewhat blizzard-like in parts which required some novel methods of keeping the lens dry whilst shooting and the camera dry whilst waiting for the snow to subside.
